For Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB) in Cape Town, developing talent has always been a cornerstone of growth. Since its first plant opened in 1940, the company has expanded into a leading operation with more than 1,350 employees, nine distribution centers, and over 17 beverage brands.
